GENERAL CONDITIONS AND INFORMATIONS

Driver´s Age: Minimum 23 years, with one year´s driving experience.

Minimum Rental: 1 day. Delays over 2 hours, will be charged as an extra day.

Terms of payment: The client have to make a deposit in cash, or credit card, and the final adjustement is made on completition of rental.

Important: Tha rate not include Insurance for Colision (CDW).

Price include: Normal insurance, oil and normal maintenance.

Tha price not include: Petrol, theft, personal accidents (PAI) towing expenses and traffic fines.

Insurance for colision, damage and waiver (CDW): The below mentioned liability for damage to the car, wich must accepted at the beginning of rental,and proceed acordingly. In case of an accident the client will be responsable for a participation liability, wich values are mentioned on rate.

Vehicle Models: The models mentioned on this rate, are for reference purpose only, and may substituted for other sililar models.

Gasoline: The cars are delivered with full tank and must be refuelling on termination of rental at renter's cost, otherwise a refuelling service charge 25% missing petrol plus VAT is applies.

Airport service charge: Free from 08:30 A.M. to 07:00 P.M.

Deliveries outside Ponta Delgada: 60 cents per Km.

Baby Seats: 4€ per day - Maximum 40€

Driver / Guide: Available on request only. Conditions to be agreed.

Aditional Driver: 5€ per driver for each driver.
